Rebecca & Ken are a self-described laid-back couple and their wedding reflected their personalities perfectly. They met online, like many couples, and planned not one, but two dates before they had ever met. Even their engagement was casual. “We didn’t really have a proposal, it just started to seem inevitable that we would get married and eventually we decided to pick out a ring together,” Rebecca told me. “The low-key approach is very us.” Prallsville Mills in Stockton, NJ was an ideal venue for them. Rebecca’s mother coordinated the beautiful floral arrangements and Ken’s mom made the cake – and some amazing cake pops as wedding favors. The volatile weather gave us sun, clouds, rain and event a few claps of thunder, but we were able to get some portraits in between the drops. And the rain held off long enough for the couple to make an awesome wedding entrance. Make sure to check back next week for photos from their ceremony arrival by kayak on the Delaware River canal!
